Remodel Transformation – Hall Bathroom

Hall Bath Remodel 1

Select Kitchen & Bath did a complete remodel of a hall bathroom located in Falls Church, VA. Working with the homeowners we designed this bathroom to be welcoming and open.

Creating a clean and inviting look

During this remodel we converted the existing tub to a curbless, walk in shower. The homeowners chose a beautiful ming green marble tile. We installed this in the shower as well as on the wall outside of the shower housing the sink and toilet. This gives the room a seamless look. The homeowner selected chrome fixtures to give the space a modern look.

To create the clean look we installed a Kohler digital shower valve system to do away with valves and levers. This system allows one to control their shower system through an easy-to-read LCD display with intuitive touch-button controls for quick selection of spray patterns and water temperatures. Another great feature in this bathroom is the separate fixed shower head and hand held shower. This not only allows for better directional control of the water but is also a great way help keep this beautiful new shower sparkly clean!

Using the right products in a remodel

The original hall bathroom was dated and constructed with builder grade material. Using good quality material and excellent installation skills this remodel transformed this bathroom into a sleek, shiny new space! There are some great features and products used in this remodel: the Kohler DTV Prompt Digital Shower Interface, giving the user control of their shower and temperature with the push of a button. We also installed the Kohler Shift Ellipse multi function hand shower. The old vanity cabinet was replaced with the Kohler Reve pedestal sink with, a single hole faucet, giving a more open feel to the space.

Here is a before and after view of this bathroom remodel. We hope you enjoyed this post!
